Architectural Engineering (B.S.)/Construction Engineering and Management (M.ENG.)
Illinois Tech’s Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering/Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management accelerated master's program allows students the opportunity to pursue advanced studies and complete both degrees in as few as five years.
Our undergraduate architectural engineering program offers students an opportunity to obtain an engineering education specializing in building architecture, building-system integration, and structural and computer-aided design. The graduate program in construction engineering and management provides students the knowledge and background that will enable them to make decisions at site, company, industrial, and sector levels.
Students in this program will learn how to plan and schedule projects, estimate and control costs, make economic decisions, administer contracts, organize construction sites, manage construction equipment, analyze productivity, optimize construction activities, plan and manage real estate developments, and address legal problems.
