Communication Systems (Certificate)
The Certificate in Communication Systems program is for those who want to become proficient in communication system principles and applications. The student will take the two fundamental courses and two courses from a large number of electives, for emphasis in data compression, computer networks, and analog/digital communications.

Certificate programs typically require a set of three to four courses that must be completed in three years with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Note: some courses in the certificate program may have prerequisites.
Students who are admitted to master’s degree programs may apply coursework previously taken in a certificate program toward the requirements for the master’s degree.
