Network Engineering (M.A.S.)
Illinois Tech’s Master of Network Engineering is a course-only degree program that prepares students for professional practice in network engineering and information technologies. Students will gain advanced skills in designing systems, products, and services related to network engineering.
Learn how to protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures. Develop the skills needed to plan, implement, and oversee computer networks supporting in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.
Courses include very large-scale integration (VLSI) architecture, wireless and high-speed networks, design optimization, and protocols.

Students will gain advanced skills in designing systems, products, and services related to network engineering.
Students whose accredited bachelor’s degree is not in electrical or computer science engineering may pursue this degree program provided they demonstrate academic proficiency as outlined in the course bulletin.
