Why did you choose your major/what do you want to do with your degree?
I chose my major because I wanted to engineer solutions to health issues that would improve the quality of life of individuals. With my degree, I want to research different treatments that will be able to enhance biological processes.
What is your favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program?
My favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program is being able to network with a variety of other students and scholars across campus.
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
In twenty years, I want to be at a job that makes a difference in people's life with a steady income and a family.
How do you think you best represent what it means to be a Camras scholar?
I served as Treasurer for the Society of Women Engineers, and 1st Vice President for Kappa Phi Delta. Additionally, I am a Hawk Ambassador for the Undergraduate Admissions Department. For the past four summers, I have interned at the Air Force Research Laboratories where I've researched the effects of neural stimulation on the brain.
