Major and Graduation
Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, Expected Graduation: 2027
Why did you choose your major/what do you want to do with your degree?
I chose this major because it applies engineering principles to biology and medicine, which I'm interested in.
What is your favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program?
My favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program is that it offers students interesting opportunities, such as Pillar Projects that can help students grow in skills and meet new people.
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
In 20 years, I will be 39 years old and I hope by that time, I will have a successful career in which I can help people improve their health by developing innovative products.
How do you think you best represent what it means to be a Camas Scholar?
In high school, I used to be the Vice President of the Art Club, in which we volunteered for different organizations to show support, donate, and spread awareness. Art Club was an ideal place for me to display my leadership and service skills as it allowed me to do what I love while also helping others and making a difference.
