Why did you choose your major/what do you want to do with your degree?
I hope to make meaningful change in the world through designing more efficient and sustainable processes with my degree.
What is your favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program?
My favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program is the scholars! Everyone I have met through the program is passionate, driven, and genuine.
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
I hope to be working in a lab environment focusing on sustainability practices. I am not sure what subfield of chemical engineering I will fall into but I hope to gain more valuable experience and insight steering my career path.
How do you think you best represent what it means to be a Camras scholar?
I have been working an internship at Hazel Technologies through connections I made in the Camras Program. Through this opportunity, I am able to work in a lab in research and development with chemical engineers concerning sustainability within agriculture.
