Why did you choose your major/what do you want to do with your degree?
I chose my major because I felt that it would allow me the most opportunities to learn about different aspects of engineering and provide a basis for me to continue to develop skills.
What is your favorite thing about the Camras Scholars Program?
I love the community that the Camras Scholars Program provides. The other students are a great on campus community to have and have become great friends. The alumni network and connections that the Camras Scholars Program provides are fantastic.
Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
In 20 years I hope to be the lead engineer of a project team innovating the next generation of products that help people and the environment.
How do you think you best represent what it means to be a Camras scholar?
As a member of the Executive Board for the IIT chapter of The American Society of Mechanical Engineers I act in a leadership position to advance education, experience, and research in engineering for students on campus.
