Ibrahim Osman

Dr. Ibrahim Osman is a seasoned Civil Engineer with a 29-year construction engineering and project management career. Dr. Osman has led construction projects in several countries including the United States, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Sudan. This extensive international exposure has enriched his knowledge and skills, allowing him to navigate diverse cultural and engineering landscapes. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Ph.D. in Construction Engineering and Management, Dr. Osman has also completed the Certificate in the Foundations of College Instruction program. In addition to his practical experience, Dr. Osman is a dedicated scholar with publications in construction claims, and differing site conditions. He authored his dissertation on the impacts of COVID-19 on the construction industry.
