The 2019 cross country season also resulted in one All-NACC performer on the men’s side. McQuality’s first season leading the Illinois Tech track and field program in 2019 also saw leaps and bounds as three men secured individual NACC Indoor Championships. The Scarlet Hawks men’s cross country and/ track and field teams accumulated 19 NACC Scholar-Athletes, while the women’s programs registered six in McQuality’s first two seasons as head coach.

He was also a member of the North Central squad that took home the 2017 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field National Championship on their home track.

He has spent time with both Dick Pond Athletics and Naperville Running Company as a sales associate, increasing each company’s base by establishing relationships with local high school coaches. His horizons in the sport of running have also broadened through his internship with the Chicago Area Runners Association, where he has established relationships with runners in the Chicagoland area through his work on marketing and events.
