Olsen began her Supply Chain career as Manager of Production and Industry Control for Motorola. She moved into higher level management positions at Motorola, and then at Panduit prior to assuming her current role at Castle Metals. At Panduit, she completed courses in Principles Of S&OP, Pragmatic Marketing, and Principles & Practices of Demand Managment. Ms. Olsen has a significant understanding of issues related to employee development, employee engagement, and training. Her experience with cost reduction, excess inventory, service parts, and aftermarket support, helps her in building effective global organizations and implementing customer-focused processes in dynamic, profitable business units.
