Manu Vora, Ph.D., M.B.A. is chairman and president of Business Excellence, Inc., a global quality management consulting firm. He has over 46 years of leadership experience guiding Fortune 500 companies with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Award framework. He is a past vice president of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Board of Directors, served as a chairperson for ASQ Chicago Section, and is an ASQ Fellow. He served as a chief judge at the Illinois Team Excellence Award Program (1993-99) and was a senior examiner for the Asia Pacific Global Performance Excellence Award Program (2004-2017).
For over 28 years, as an adjunct professor, he has taught operations management courses at various business schools globally and has contributed at 680 educational institutes in 36 countries across five continents.
