Rebecca Shockley
Global Big Data & Analytics Research Leader, IBM Institute for Business Value
Rebecca Shockley is the Global Big Data & Analytics Research Leader for the IBM Institute for Business Value. In this role, she conducts fact-based research related to the use of data and analytics worldwide and works with subject matter experts to deliver actionable insights for business executives who want to expand their use of data as a strategic asset.
While in the IBV, Rebecca has led the research and co-authored nine global cross-industry studies on macro data trends, and dozens of industry and market perspectives on the topic of analytics and data excellence, organizational design and strategy, as well as the largest quantitative study of Chief Data Officers conducted to date. Her works can be found on ibm.com/iibv.
Rebecca is also an Executive Consultant within IBM’s Global Business Services. In this role, she advises clients around the globe on data and analytics strategy, organizational design, and governance. Before this role, Rebecca has been a data and analytics strategy consultant with IBM since 1997. Rebecca graduated from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and Southern Methodist University.

Senior Director, Strategy and Business Development, Cars.com
In Anoop's role at Cars.com, his team focuses on strategic planning, partnerships, M&A, and various internal research and analytics projects. Anoop completed his M.B.A. at Purdue University in 2005 and has prior experience in technology business development and scientific research. He is passionate about digital and geeky about analytics and data visualization. He is active with working groups of various trade associations and sits on advisory boards for a few start-ups.
Brock Simon
Expert Associate Principal, McKinsey & Company
Brock Simon is an Expert Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, focusing on marketing and digital analytics in the retail and consumer package goods sectors. Before McKinsey, Brock spent over 10 years at Dunnhumby in roles across the U.S., Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Brock has earned an M.B.A. from Xavier University, a Master of Science in Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University.

Associate Professor of Operations Management
Elizabeth Durango-Cohen is an Associate Professor of Operations Management at the Stuart School of Business. Prior to joining Stuart, she was a faculty member at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Her current research focuses on production planning and inventory control in the context of supply chain management. Professor Durango-Cohen has also worked as an intern/consultant for Hewlett-Packard and Solectron corporations.
