Breaking the Social Media Prism: How to Make Our Platforms Less Polarizing
With the increased social isolation during the global pandemic, platforms like Facebook and Twitter are among the most important tools we have to connect. But those social media platforms are also places of extreme vitriol, decreasing our actual enjoyment of interacting with each other through a steady stream of disagreement and hate.
