Career Development Guidance with Manu Vora

In this presentation, Manu Vora will provide tips on how to succeed at a university and in professional careers based on his personal experience and observations over 59 years. A virtual presentation, there will be a viewing of the event in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center Ballroom.

Vora’s success formula includes four pillars, which include:

3. Focus on soft skills
4. Focus on community service

During the presentation, Vora will address the importance of planning and execution; how to understand one’s own strengths and how to leverage them; the critical skills needed to succeed in the twenty-first century, such as communication, leadership, decision-making, teamwork, time management, problem solving, project management, and change management; and the importance of giving back to the society.
