Jola Oliver, Director, Global Social Media Intelligence, McDonalds Corporation will give a presentation on careers in analytics on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 4:30–5:30 p.m. in DTC Room 490.

Jola is an analytics professional having over 28 years of experience in transforming the power of data into understandable, actionable insights that drive go-to-market strategies. She has deep expertise in consumer insights including analytics, primary research, innovation, and social intelligence sharpened during a progressive career with the Kraft Foods Group and McDonald's Corporation.

At McDonalds Corporation she has been responsible for global social media listening and research for more than two years. Prior to coming to McDonalds Corp., Jola worked at Kraft Foods for over 16 years in several roles, including senior marketing analytics manager, senior marketing research manager, and associate director of data strategy and social intelligence. Jola received her M.B.A. from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with a dual concentration in marketing and finance.
