Description
In this talk, I will introduce an energetic variational approaches for chemical reaction dynamics. The advantage is to couple this with the mechanical motions, such as diffusion, in a physical consistent framework. In particular, I will introduce the temperature effects and dynamic boundary conditions associated with these effects.
