Engineering Themes: Computer and Cyber Security Engineering at Illinois Tech

With the increase in cybercrime it is imperative that we build our cyber security to defend against these attacks. Dr. Jafar Saniie, Chair of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Illinois Tech will present the newly established undergraduate and graduate programs in Computer and Cyber Security Engineering. Professor Jia Wang, Professor Erdal Oruklu and Professor Zuyi Li will discuss the importance of Computer Cyber Security in the fields of cloud computing, internet of things, healthcare, smart/micro grid power systems, computer networks, and wireless communications.
