Get a team together to improve IIT in this FREE Hackathon style challenge. ANY student can join, we want innovation, creativity, and function! If you don’t have a team or idea in mind then don’t worry! You can still sign up and make a team the day of the challenge! Think you can reduce the fire alarms in MSV? JOIN! Think you can solve the issue of puddles on campus? JOIN! Have a brand new cool idea you think is awesome? JOIN!!!!!
 

The judges will include campus administrators, faculty, and students. The best ideas will be pushed through the SGA and implemented to improve the campus.

  • You DO NOT need to have ‘techy’ skills to participate. Anyone with an idea or the urge to improve something on campus is encouraged to join.
  • Yes. This is 24 hours long, and food is provided the entire time!
  • The winning ideas will be housed within SGA and implemented on campus within the next year (or longer, depending on the scope of the idea).
  • There will be funding available to implement the winning ideas
  • PRIZES! STAY TUNED TO SEE WHAT YOU CAN WIN!
  • Pre-built ideas are welcome!

Participants will have the chance to be mentored by Google employees and Institute of Design faculty/students.
