Illinois Tech Social Inclusion Teach-In

Time

Locations

Hermann Hall Ballroom 3241 South Federal Street Illinois Institute of Technology

In the last year, the rights of people that differ from many elected officials in ethnicity, religion, immigration status, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and disability have been under threat. Many people may be familiar with issues affecting their own family and friends, but may be less familiar with similar issues facing others. Illinois Tech is hosting a teach-in to engage the community in a discussion about how to combat threats to social inclusions and brainstorm effective strategies for action.

This Teach-In is free and open to the public. Attendees can stay for the entire event or select sessions of interest.

Please RSVP

Questions about the Teach-In can be directed to Mehak Hafeez at mhafeez1@hawk.iit.edu.
