Negotiating and communicating effectively are two common activities of almost all professionals. This two-part program consists of Negotiating in the morning and Communicating Effectively in the afternoon.

The negotiating session focuses on developing your skills in negotiating with your customers and internal associates. You will develop skills in tactics and counter-tactics, concession-making, achieving your intended goal, communicating, and getting results. The Communicating Effectively session centers on preparing presentation documents, planning, opening the presentation, delivery, answering participant questions, and the closing.
