Open Discussion Regarding N3WI Conjecture

Description
We will have an open forum to discuss ideas and strategies for proving the conjecture presented in last week's seminar. Professor Kaul suggested we can try to prove the conjecture, or else we can also try to first explore it computationally (i.e., code up the basics and test to see what kinds of tables they discover and what 'l' should be).
