Sawyier Lecture: "How Law and Science Can Better Protect the Public's Health"

Law and science are typically utilized to protect the public’s health from toxic substances, but both must be appropriate for the task and well administered. Based on his recently published Tragic Failures (Oxford, 2017), Cranor will discuss how administrative health laws and the tort or personal injury law, using needed science, can better protect the public.
