Institute for Food Safety and Health is hosting the follow-up to last year's very successful symposium. This year's theme will be "WGS for the Food Industry - Current Procedures, Advances, Obstacles and Solutions," May 22-23, 2017, held at the newly remolded Chicago Marriott Southwest Hotel in Burr Ridge, IL. Given the interest level of the subject and the outstanding speaker line-up, it will be a very well-attended event.
