Anand Presents at the Society of Consulting Psychology

Smriti Anand, Assistant Professor of Management, presented at the 2016 Consulting Psychology Conference in Orlando, Florida on February 7. Anand’s presentation, “The role of the leader in creating flexibility i-deals,” is based on her collaborative, interdisciplinary research with Dr. Roya Ayman (Illinois Tech, Psychology) and graduate student Kimberly Burris. Anand explored how idiosyncratic work arrangements can be successfully created and managed in workgroup settings.
