Anand's Paper Published in Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior
Smriti Anand's paper, "Dyadic Relationships", was recently accepted for publication in the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior. Anand, Assistant Professor of Management, co-authored the paper with Dr. Robert Liden, University of Illinois at Chicago, and Dr. Prajya Vidyarthi, University of Texas at El Paso. The authors explore a wide range of contextual variables from workgroup characteristics to national culture that set boundaries to antecedents and outcomes of dyadic relationships.
