Anand’s Paper Published in the Journal of Applied Psychology
A paper by Assistant Professor of Management Smriti Anand, titled “Individual deals within workgroups: Investigating the role of relative i-deals for employee performance,” has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Applied Psychology (JAP). JAP features on Financial Times 50 list and is an A+ journal in the ABDC list. Co-authors include Prajya Vidyarthi and Richard Posthuma (University of Texas at El Paso), Berrin Erdogan (Portland State University), Satvir Singh (Emporia University), and Anjali Chaudhry (Dominican University). An earlier version of this paper was presented as part of Stuart’s Friday research seminar series.
