Applied Math Faculty Win CSL Awards

Associate Professor Greg Fasshauer won the 2007 CSL Excellence in Teaching Award during a luncheon held Nov. 16, 2007. Based on a combination of student reviews and colleagues' recommendations, the Excellence in Teaching Award is awarded to a single faculty member each year from the ranks of the College of Science and Letters faculty. Dean F.R. "Buck" McMorris also presented Professor and Chair Fred Hickernell with the Outstanding Research by Senior Faculty award at the luncheon.
