Apply for Consideration as the 2014 Stuart Commencement Student Speaker

Each year, one undergraduate and one graduate student are selected to represent the graduating class by giving a speech at the IIT Stuart Commencement Ceremony. All graduates who have a GPA of 3.0 or above and who are in good academic, financial, and disciplinary standing are invited to apply by submitting a written draft of your proposed speech via email to communications@stuart.iit.edu by Monday, April 21, 2014. Speeches should be approximately 5 minutes in length and should capture the essence of your experience at Stuart. A committee of Stuart staff and faculty will review your submission, and the top submissions will be invited to present their speech to the committee for final consideration. Students who are not selected as speakers may be invited to be profiled on the IIT Stuart homepage and to serve as brand ambassadors for IIT Stuart School of Business. All applicants will be notified of next steps by Thursday, April 24, 2014.
