Assistant Professor Smriti Anand’s Paper Accepted in Journal of Managerial Psychology

A paper by IIT Stuart Assistant Professor Smriti Anand, titled “Flexibility I-deals: How Much is Ideal?” has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Managerial Psychology. The paper is co-authored with Dr. Prajya Vidyarthi of the University of Texas at El Paso, Dr. Anjali Chaudhry of Dominican University, and Dr. Robert Liden of the University of Illinois at Chicago. Professor Anand joined IIT Stuart in 2011, and her research focuses on leadership, customized work arrangements, and diversity.
