Assistant Professor Smriti Anand’s Paper Accepted for Publication

A paper by IIT Stuart Assistant Professor Smriti Anand, titled “One Member, Two Leaders: Extending Leader-Member Exchange Theory to a Dual Leadership Context,” has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Applied Psychology. The paper was co-authored by Dr. Prajya Vidyarthi, University of Texas at El Paso; Dr. Berrin Erdogan, Portland State University; Dr. Robert Liden, University of Illinois at Chicago; and Dr. Anjali Chaudhry, Dominican University.
