Employment Rates High For INTM Graduates
Employment rates for 2011 and 2012 Bachelors of Industrial Technology and Management (BINTM) and Masters of Industrial Technology and Operations (MITO) graduates are nearly 100 percent. Among the 65 students who completed the INTM program in the past two years, 95 percent were employed at the time of their graduation, and an additional four percent have found employment as of April 2013.
Job opportunities for operations managers, project managers, and supply chain managers have been increasing this spring, according to INTM Program Director, Mazin Safar. There are still openings for seasonal summer interns with a variety of companies. INTM receives notices of job openings from large and small companies in a variety of industries. Overall, the employment outlook for bachelors and masters degree candidates in manufacturing locally and regionally seems to be trending upwards. To see INTM’s current employment listings, click here.
