Guest Lecture Explores China’s Energy Challenges and Opportunity

IIT Stuart welcomed Rosa Ovshinky, Ph.D., for an evening of discussion on China’s rapid industrialization and resulting energy and environmental challenges. Students from the M.P.A., Ph.D., and M.S. EMS programs joined the M.P.A. cohort from the Shandong province of China.
