Gurram Gopal and Student Author New Book Chapter on Innovation Management

In 2019, Industrial Technology and Management Industry Professor Gurram Gopal and his then-student Egle Pikauskaite teamed up to write “Implementing Process Innovation by Integrating Continuous Improvement and Business Process Re-Engineering,” a chapter in the book Innovation Management: Perspectives from Strategy, Product, Process, and Human Resources Research (Edward Elgar Publishing, 2020). The book is part of the “New Horizons in Innovation Management” series. The work behind the contributed chapter is partly based on Pikauskaite’s master’s thesis.
