IIT Research Day poster competition winners

Congratulations to Michael DeAnda and Amy Kamin of the Department of Humanities for earning second place in the IIT Research Day poster competition in graduate award category for their project, “Identifying Learning Opportunities in Television for Young Children." Their research project is advised by Carly Kocurek, assistant professor of digital humanities and media studies, and is part of the Nayar Prize project, "Game Development for Early Language Acquisition for High-Risk Children."
