IIT Stuart Assistant Professor Smriti Anand’s Paper Accepted for Publication in The Leadership Quarterly

A paper by IIT Stuart Assistant Professor Smriti Anand titled ” Do Emotionally Perceptive Leaders Motivate Higher Employee Performance? The Moderating Role of Task Interdependence and Power Distance” has been accepted for publication in The Leadership Quarterly journal.

Smriti’s co-authors on this paper are Dr. Prajya Vidyarthi of the University of Texas at El Paso, and Dr. Robert Liden of the University of Illinois at Chicago. An earlier version of this paper was presented at the IIT Stuart Friday Research Presentation Series.
