IIT Students Participate in 2011 Putnam Math Contest

IIT student scores have been released for the 2011 William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition. The competition is an annual team mathematics contest sponsored by the Mathematical Association of America. Of the three IIT students who participated in the competition, Daniel Kipp (AMAT 5th year) scored a 13 which was high enough to be listed in the "Top Participants" (Top 500).
