Paper on Employees and Coping with Stress Accepted for Publication
A paper written by IIT Stuart Assistant Professor of Management Smriti Anand titled “Family interference and employee dissatisfaction: Do agreeable employees better cope with stress?” has been accepted for publication in Human Relations.
The paper was co-authored by University of Texas at El Paso professors Dr. Prajya Vidyarthi, Dr. Satvir Singh, and SeungEui Ryu. An earlier version of this paper was presented at the Stuart Friday research seminar series.
