Shawn Davis testifies before the Illinois House of Representatives Cybersecurity, Data Analytics & IT Committee

Shawn Davis, Adjunct Professor of Information Technology and Management at Illinois Institute of Technology, testifies before the Illinois House of Representatives Cybersecurity, Data Analytics & IT Committee on March 1, 2017. Mr. Davis was part of the Subject Matter Hearing Agenda discussing privacy implications and transparency issues associated with new and emerging surveillance and data collection technologies. He provided the Illinois House of Representatives with an overview of prevalent data collection practices, uses, and methodology by private entities. In addition to his adjunct professor position, Mr. Davis is the Director of Digital Forensics at Edelson PC.
