U of C’s Mahoney to Present at Friday Research Presentation Series

IIT Stuart is pleased to welcome distinguished researchers to campus for the Friday Research Presentation Series. Of particular note, Neale Mahoney from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business will present a talk titled "Regulating Consumer Financial Products: Evidence from Credit Cards" on Friday, March 14, at 10 am.

Mahoney will discuss his study revealing that the 2009 Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act saves consumers an estimated $20.8 billion annually. Mahoney’s work was recently featured in the New York Times. The Friday Research series is held at the IIT Downtown Campus, Room 470.
