WISER Issues Request for Proposals for 2015 Interdisciplinary Seed Funding Grants (ISFG) Program
The Wanger Institute for Sustainable Energy Research (WISER) at IIT has issued a request for proposals for the 2015 Interdisciplinary Seed Funding Grants (ISFG) Program. The programs objective is to provide funding for innovative multidisciplinary research projects in the areas of energy and sustainability that are expected to attract significant external funding.
Proposals should focus on new areas of interdisciplinary research or enhance ongoing WISER research activities including clean coal technology, renewable energy and energy storage, smart grid, water/energy nexus, climate change, sustainable built environment, materials in sustainable energy, natural gas production and storage, biofuels, energy for the next generation of vehicles, and energy efficiency
