Zheng John Shen the Fourth Illinois Tech Innovator Named to National Academy of Inventors
Zheng John Shen—the inventor of the megahertz-frequency, sub-milliohm power MOSFET technology that has been widely adopted in supercomputers and high-performance servers—has been named to the National Academy of Inventors. The Grainger Endowed Chair Professor in Electrical and Power Engineering joins three other Illinois Tech faculty as NAI members including President Alan W. Cramb.
