VanderCook and Affiliate Permits

Permits are available online for purchase through MyParking. Permits will be valid in Flex parking lots. Permits are prorated on a semi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th. Permits will be mailed to your specified mailing address within (5) business days. Your permit will be valid on your registered vehicle(s) as of the permit effective date. A parking permit is valid for (1) vehicle parked on campus at a time.  

How To Access MyParking

VanderCook students, faculty, and staff can access MyParking only with an established parking account. Your initial login requires your email address on file and HawkCard ID number.  After the initial login, a unique password must be created. Once the password is created successfully, permits can be purchased. Parking citations must be paid or appealed to purchase a new permit.

If you have a HawkCard ID, but have never registered for parking, email campusbusiness@iit.edu to establish an account. You will need to provide your HawkCard ID number and email address.

Affiliate Permits

Permits for Chartwells, GCA, Office Postal, and other Illinois Tech affiliates are now available for purchase online through MyParking. Affiliates have the option of purchasing semester, evening, academic, or annual permits, valid in Flex parking lots. Semester and annual permits are prorated on a semi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th. Permits will be mailed to your specified mailing address within (10) business days. Your permit will be valid on your registered vehicle(s) as of the permit effective date. A parking permit is valid for (1) vehicle parked on campus at a time.
