It is the policy of the Illinois Tech to comply with all United States export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
The Export Compliance Office (ECO) at Illinois Tech is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Export Compliance Program. Domenica Pappas is the Director of Export Compliance and for the purpose of export compliance, reports to Walter Hazlitt, General Counsel.
