The Industrial Technology and Management (INTM) program at Illinois Tech is a completion program for students who have two years of credit toward an AAS or AS degree at a community college or in a technical training program. Students are technical specialists, many of whom are already employed in manufacturing, construction, supply chain/logistics, or facilities, and recognize the importance of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in order to maximize their career opportunities and qualify for supervisory and managerial positions.
