Program Expectations and No-Show Policy
- Weekly Attendance: You must participate in weekly 30-minute coaching sessions. Your consistent attendance is crucial—arriving more than five minutes late will result in your session being canceled and marked as a “no show.” You must schedule your first coaching session within the first two weeks of the course.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, email your coach as soon as possible. Failing to notify your coach in advance or missing a session without rescheduling will result in a “no show” mark.
- No-Show Policy: Absences without proper rescheduling will be recorded as a “no show,” which impact your course standing.
Grading Criteria
- Weekly Attendance: One hundred percent of your grade depends on attending your coaching sessions. To earn full credit, you must attend the majority of sessions and not reschedule more than five times. Failure to meet these requirements will result in a failing grade.
