Welcome to Illinois Tech’s Stuart School of Business! As we quickly approach the start of the fall 2024 semester, I am sending a reminder to encourage you to complete the following steps as soon as possible, if you have not already done so.
Financials
Submit Financial Documents
Make sure all your financial documents are submitted to the ISSS portal as soon as possible to avoid delays in your registration and enrollment process. Contact the Office of Global Services (global@iit.edu) with questions.
Course Registration
Preterm Orientation on Canvas
You are required to complete the Preterm Orientation Course available on Canvas. This course is designed to help you prepare for your academic experience at Stuart. Access the Preterm Course by clicking on the Canvas icon in MyApps in your Illinois Tech Portal account. If you have not yet enrolled in the Canvas Preterm Orientation Course, do so here.
Complete Registration Orientation
Within the Preterm Course on Canvas, complete the Course Registration Orientation to familiarize yourself with the registration process and important academic policies.
Register for Classes ASAP
Following the instructions and course schedule provided in the Course Registration Orientation, secure your seat by registering for classes.
Arrival to Chicago
Arrival Date
Plan to arrive on campus by Tuesday, August 13. This will give you ample time to settle in before the start of the preterm events.
Graduate Orientation (GO)
Illinois Tech Graduate Orientation at Mies Campus on Thursday, August 15, in the morning.
Preterm In Real Life
Preterm in-person events will be held in the evenings on August 15–16 at Conviser Law Center, 565 West Adams Street, Chicago.
First Day of Classes
The fall 2024 semester begins on Monday, August 19.
