Student Employment Office

Welcome!

The Office of Student Employment is located in the Michael Paul Galvin Tower (IIT Tower) on the 13th Floor (13F4-3) across from the water fountain. Follow the directional signage located throughout the floor.

Hours of operation are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. CST.

1. When you step off the elevator turn right go to the end of the hall. 
2. Turn right again go to the end of the hall. 
3. The door is across from the fountain. Pull on the door handle, it does not turn.

Things You Need to Know

• A Social Security Number (SSN) or Social Security Number (SSN) receipt from the Social Security Administration is legally required in order for you to work for the University
• DO NOT start working until you have submitted all paperwork and have received a congratulations email informing you it is okay for you to start working
