One of our primary goals at the Student Health and Wellness Center is to serve as many students in need as possible. To ensure we are providing the best healthcare service to patients, it is important that we have advance notice of at least two hours if, for any reason, you wish to cancel your medical, counseling or psychiatry appointment. The cancellation must be done via a phone call to 312-567-7550. If the appointment is not canceled with at least two hours notice prior to the appointment a $25 fee will be assessed.
